Classic Helmet Recall Notice (USA & Canada)
Issued: September 1, 2016
SAHN is voluntarily recalling Classic helmets sold to customers in USA and Canada.
While no incidents or injuries have been reported, there were inconsistent failing results on the helmet during our regular testing for US certification. We’ve worked relentlessly to identify the underlying cause for these results, and we are working in conjunction with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Health Canada to provide the remedy.
Please read the information below to see if you are affected by this recall. If you are affected, we ask that you stop using your helmet immediately and register for a product replacement.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience as we resolve this issue.
